October Employee of the Month

Meet our October Employee of the Month, Kaley Webb, STNA!

Kaley has been a part of the Country View family for over a year now. Kaley is an awesome STNA and always makes sure her residents are well taken care of. She will do whatever it takes to make sure they have a great day!

Kaley loves her job because she knows she is caring for people who cannot care for themselves, and she loves being able to help them feel like themselves as much as possible. Kaley always goes out of her way to help others. Whether it's a resident or employee, she is always there with a positive attitude.

Kaley is married and has two sons. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family going camping, fishing and riding bikes. She also really enjoys taking her doors off her jeep in the summertime!

Our residents love when Kaley is here, so much so that they have her work schedule memorized because they love getting care from her. They said she is an amazing caregiver, loves to get to know them and always checks up on how they're doing.
