Congratulations to Country View's July Employee of the Month, Anna Lott, STNA!

We are so happy to give this award to Anna because she has displayed great qualities of being dedicated, dependable, always willing to help, and most importantly, having a compassionate heart. As one of our STNAs, Anna provides top-notch care and compassion to her residents in making them feel at home, safe, and comfortable. Our residents love being around her because of the time she takes to really get to know them. "I love my job because I get to work one-on-one with the residents and get to know them very well," shared, Anna.



Anna enjoys a positive, rewarding, and friendly work environment, and Country View is happy to fulfill that for her. She shared, "I love how positive the staff is. Everyone is friendly, caring, and always working hard and willing to help out. I also appreciate how flexible Country View is with my schedule and how I get days off when I need them."
