Meet the Manager - ADON

Country View of Sunbury has amazing staff members committed to making a difference in our residents' lives. They go above and beyond every day to help our residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. We'd like to take a moment to highlight our ADON, Alisa! Hear what she has to say about her time with us at Country View.

"Country View is my work home. I was hired here 13 years ago, working the night shift as a floor Nurse, and after nine months on night shift, I transitioned to day shift as a floor Nurse. Within these 13 years, I have worked as a floor Nurse, in Admissions, as a Unit Manager, and currently as an Assistant Director of Nursing. I work with amazing staff each and every day, and to see the staff care for our residents is definitely a passion they have.



Every one of our residents I consider family. It is not easy to move a loved one into a long-term care facility, but by moving your loved one into Country View, you will see the passion that the staff puts forward. I have really enjoyed working for Country View and have made a lot of friends along the way, including residents. Geriatrics is my absolute favorite and I will continue to strive to make this the best place for your loved one."

We are so lucky to have someone like Alisa leading our team and offering direction when needed. She is one-of-a-kind, and you can see the passion she has for her career. Thank you, Alisa, for all that you do for our team, residents, and families of Country View!
