Dietary Aide

Dietary aide responsibilities:

• Responsible for safe handling and preparing palatable food.
• Must be able to follow oral and written directions
• Must have nursing home, restaurant experience
• Works cooperatively with food service staff and other departments
• Must be able to follow a written menu and understand textured diets.
