Country View's Mother/Daughter Dynamite Duo

We love creating a space for our employees to develop new friendships and bonds that will last for a lifetime. There is one relationship, in particular, that we'd like to highlight because of the great energy and positivity they bring to Country View! Meet our very special mother/daughter duo, Beth and Miranda!
Beth has been with us for about ten years and is one of our amazing LPNs. When asked how Beth felt working in long-term care and with her daughter, she expressed,
“I love that my daughter has followed in my footsteps with healthcare. I absolutely love watching my daughter grow into the amazing Aide that she's becoming. I love watching how passionate and caring she is with the patients. I chose to work in long-term care because they are like my family. I love seeing my patients smile and laugh. I enjoy getting to know all my patients, hearing their stories, and how I can make them smile when I’m working. I love the relationships I can build with them while caring for them. Building personal relationships with the patients and their families is important in providing the best care that I can as a Nurse."
Miranda is one of our incredible STNAs at Country View. We asked Miranda what it's like working here and with her mom. She said,
“I like working with my mom because I can learn from her, and it makes our relationship stronger. I also get to see her passion for her residents. I chose to work in long-term care because I love the relationship I have with all my residents and listening to all their stories. I enjoy becoming close to them like they are my family and seeing them every day."
We are so happy to have this dynamite duo as part of Team Country View! Thank you to Miranda and Beth for your dedication and compassionate care! We hope to remain a place where you two can grow professionally and become closer as a family unit.
