Congratulations to our Newest Nurses

Country View of Sunbury would like to give a big congratulations and well-deserved shoutout to two of our STNAs, Kayla and Robyn, who graduated from nursing school this past month! We are so proud of these ladies for staying focused and working hard. To highlight their hearts best, we asked them, "why did you choose to become a Nurse?"

Kayla

"I have worked in the medical field for seven years, and have always had a passion for wanting to help others! I started out with the healthcare professions program at Tri-Rivers Career Center to get my STNA in 2015. Throughout the years of working as an Aide, I gained a love and respect for this line of work and how rewarding it can be! The Nurses I have worked alongside have inspired me to further my career. I couldn't be happier to have passed my state boards and be joining their team!”

Robyn

“I have been an Aide for eight years and did home health and direct care for MRDD individuals for three years before that. I have always loved helping others and helping them achieve a higher level of living. I wanted to become a Nurse to be able to provide care to individuals in need and be able to make a difference in their lives. I'm proud to say that I accomplished this and can now help those in need even more now.”
