October Superstar Employee

To recognize all of the incredible work our team does, we have a board in our hall that is used for employees to highlight coworkers they notice going above and beyond to serve our residents. The employee with the most nominations at the end of the month is recognized as our Superstar Employee of the Month. For October, our Superstar Employee is Ashley Ashbrook, an STNA at Country View of Sunbury!

Ashley has been with Country View since 2016. Ashley shared, "It feels like home, like family here." She started in housekeeping and later became an STNA. When asked why she chose to become an STNA, she stated that she wanted to be more involved with the residents. Ashley shared that she enjoys having a connection with the residents and learning their stories.

Ashley was nominated by her peers to be October's Superstar Winner for being a team player, having a positive mood, and caring so deeply for the residents.
